Overview

We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused leader to join our award-winning Butcombe Boutique Inns team as a Designate General Manager. This is a roaming role, travelling across our Boutique Inns to support and lead teams in different locations. You’ll experience the diversity of our sites, learn from our managers, and prepare to take the reins of your own Butcombe Boutique Inn in the future. From premium dining pubs with boutique bedrooms to vibrant community pubs, you’ll be immersed in our business, living our values, and driving exceptional guest experiences wherever you go. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you’ll regularly visit and work at different sites.Responsibilities

Travel to and work across multiple Boutique Inns, supporting and leading site teams.Learn from experienced managers and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.Develop leadership capabilities to run your own boutique inn in the future.Live Butcombe’s values in daily operations.Requirements
