We re supporting a respected engineering company in Sheffield who are looking for a Certification Officer to join their quality assurance team on a maternity cover contract. This role is key to making sure all documentation is accurate, compliant and ready for customer release. You ll be producing certificates, inspection reports and validation packages, and liaising with both internal teams and customers to keep everything running smoothly. It s a great opportunity for someone with quality or certification experience, but we re also open to strong administrators with the right attention to detail and an interest in compliance. What you ll be doing: Reviewing internal documentation against customer order requirements. Producing release documents including certificates of conformity, FAIR packages, DVI packages and validation submissions. Preparing dispatch documentation to support customer deliveries. Liaising with internal teams to promote product and documentation excellence. Working directly with customers to process amendments and updates. Supporting internal audits and assisting with customer audits and visits. What you ll need:
