Head of FPandACirencesterTechnology ServicesBroster Buchanan are working closely with a high growth technology services business to recruit a Head of FPandA to support profitable growth across the business, to be based in Cirencester The Head of FPandA will own group-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance insight, acting as a strategic partner to the BoardKey ResponsibilitiesOwning group budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processesDevelop scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to support strategic decisions, risk assessments and investment casesDelivering high-quality performance reporting and actionable commercial insightSupport pricing, bids and tenders with financial insight and profitability modelling.Own service costing, product costing, and commercial cost model methodologies, ensuring they are accurate, scalable, and consistently applied across the business.Building scalable FPandA processes, models, and toolingLeading and developing a high-performing FPandA team The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and a commercially minded FPandA leader who thrives in fast-paced, PE-backed environments. You will have senior FPandA leadership experience, ideally within a PE-backed or high-growth technology business.
