As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for: Liaising with customers via telephone and email Preparing quotes Processing purchase orders on system Investigating queries and updating customer Updating customers of any delays with orders Advising customers on products General administration as required. An ideal Customer Service Representative will have: Previous customer service experience Good IT skills including Microsoft Office Experience using CRM and order processing systems Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Good people skills.
