It''s not a boring job, and it''s definitely not one for clipboard-huggers.You ll be leading around 70-80 people. Not from behind a desk, but actually out there, where the food meets the tech and things need to keep moving. You ll need to make decisions. Spot inefficiencies. Coach people. Improve processes. That kind of stuff.And no you don t need to be a Lean Six Sigma Jedi. But if you ve got ideas on how to run a tight ship, reduce waste, and actually implement them without a PowerPoint, they ll probably love you.They re not looking for someone to babysit. They want a leader.
