This full-time role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills who s eager to learn and grow within a supportive environment.What you ll do:Process purchase orders and keep accurate recordsCommunicate with suppliers regarding order details and delivery schedulesGather cost data and support inventory managementMaintain supplier databases and purchasing documentationAssist with invoice reconciliation and liaise with financeTrack deliveries and follow up on late or missing itemsHelp prepare reports on purchasing activitiesWhat we re looking for:Strong attention to detail and good organisational skillsConfident using Microsoft OfficeA positive approach to learning ERP systemsGood communication skills and the ability to work well in a teamPrevious administrative experience (manufacturing or BOM knowledge beneficial but not essential)What we offer:Full training providedDevelopment opportunities in procurement and supply chainEarly finish on Fridays (1 PM!)If you''re enthusiastic, organised, and ready to build a career in purchasing, we d love to hear from you!
