This is a new opportunity for an existing preconstruction manager or MEP Manager to expand their skills and take a unique step forward within this highly successful MandE Contractor.They continue to expand their sector base, having traditionally risen from commercial and residential base to now include industrial and life sciences.Responsibilities: Co-ordination of the design, estimating and pre-contract commercial functions. Internal and external point of contact for the tender process. Full commercial aspects of projects to from tender inquiry to project handover to the site delivery team. This is a client facing role working on projects ranging up to 10M Essential Criteria: Proven experience in a commercial role within an MandE environment Excellent attention to detail and effective communicator. Either mechanically or electrically biased. An awareness of the balance of risk and profit is vital. Good commercial understanding of the Pre-Contract tender process. Confident negotiator.
