The role will provide guidance and support across the business while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Responsibilities / Requirements:Full responsibility for quality, health and safety, and environmental management within the plant.Conduct and oversee ISO audits to ensure compliance.Implement and maintain health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment.Support and advise staff on best practices in quality and safety standards.Prepare for future BRC certification as part of company strategy.Experience in ISO audits and HandS qualifications (such as NEBOSH or equivalent).Strong background in quality and health and safety management.Exposure to BRC standards (preferred but not essential).Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
