They require a Head of Property Management to oversee the company''s residential property portfolio and manage a team of property managers and administrative support staff. The role focuses on the smooth running of the department, maintaining compliance and delivering high standards of service to both landlords and tenants. It may also present an excellent opportunity for an experienced property manager who feels they are ready to lead a team and can demonstrate this through proven skills and experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support the property management team, providing training and development opportunities.

Develop reporting and visibility of workloads to inform senior management and allocate workloads effectively, ensuring high levels of service are maintained across the portfolio.

Provide direction to the team to ensure effective workflow management and delivery within service levels to all clients.
