Salary: £30,419 to £36,270pa Location: Home based and London Hours: Full time (35 hours per week) The Royal Society of Biology (RSB) is a single unified voice for biology: advising Government and influencing policy; advancing education and professional development; supporting our members, and engaging and encouraging public interest in the life sciences. The Training and Registers Officer is responsible for supporting the RSB''s overarching training agenda through administration, evaluation and development. The successful candidate will help to ensure that the objectives in the RSB business plan are met, with an emphasis on developing a comprehensive training offering to meet the needs of our members and the wider scientific community. In addition, there will be a requirement to provide administrative support to the Professional Registers and the Accreditation programme to ensure growth and high quality standards in both these important areas. The Training and Registers Officer will join a small dedicated team, overseen by the Director responsible for Accreditation, Training and Professional Registers. This role could require UK travel, some international travel, and nights away from home.
