Assist in launching new store locations from a food safety and technical perspective. Collaborate on HACCP and SERT systems, ensuring robust implementation and maintenance. Review and approve artwork, product specs, and technical documentation. Provide subject matter expertise on ingredients, food products, and supplier approvals. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying and addressing any food safety risks. Contribute to the development of brand sourcing guidelines. Work cross-functionally with teams such as Product Development, Marketing, and Central Operations. Maintain strong working relationships across the full supply chain. Support in setting KPIs and contract management for outsourced technical or food safety function
