They work across a wide range of projects from small residential extensions to large-scale regeneration schemes. Areas of specialism include urban mixed-use developments, housing, retail, sports venues, energy infrastructure, master planning, urban design, environmental impact assessments, community engagement, and heritage planning. Senior Town Planner Responsibilities Manage and prepare planning applications and supporting documents Conduct site appraisals, feasibility reviews, and policy research Liaise with local authorities, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the planning process Support junior member of the team Contribute to both major regeneration schemes and smaller-scale local projects Senior Town Planner Requirements Relevant experience in a similar role RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline Excellent communication, written and verbal Proactive and collaborative attitude Full UK Driving License Member of MRTPI Benefits 25 days annual leave Pension Company mobile phone and laptop Training and APC costs covered Social activities Discretionary bonus scheme Cycle to Work Scheme Many more!
