HR Administrator

HR Administrator Location: Leicester Hybrid/Felxible Working Available Hours: Full-time (35 hrs/week) or Part-time considered Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + additional benefits SF Recruitment is partnering with a highly respected professional services company who has a longstanding, loyal client base to find a proactive and personable HR Administrator to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a people-focused business undergoing an exciting period of digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate employee records, manage holiday requests, and support HR documentation. - Assist with the rollout and ongoing use of the Sage People HR system, including supporting three new modules going live. - Support the wider HR team on wellbeing, compliance, and policy development initiatives. - Coordinate recruitment administration and onboarding processes. - Provide day-to-day admin and operational support to ensure smooth HR service delivery. What We''re Looking For: - Previous experience in an HR admin or coordinator role (minimum 2 years'' experience) - Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. - Tech-savvy with experience using HR systems (HRIS), ideally Sage People. - Good understanding of core HR processes such as part-time holiday calculations, flexible working requests, and employment documentation. - Friendly, professional, and approachable - a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
