Delivering clear and commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of property transactions. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, and other property-related legal documents with precision and attention to detail. Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and development projects, as well as general asset management matters. Supporting development schemes from initial site assembly through to completion, liaising with agents, developers, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout each stage. Managing secured lending and refinancing matters for both private and commercial clients, ensuring all transactions comply with current property laws and lender requirements.
