Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Controls Manager to join our busy and expanding Infrastructure business, supporting a major London based airport and delivering a range of high-value projects. This role suits a Project Controls Manager with aviation/airports experience and a proven track record in a major international airport environment.Responsibilities

The Project Controls Manager will lead the programme controls function for a programme, monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting, and deploying available controls team resources to best effect.Review new project proposals/remits and monitor that realistic, resource plans are developed for the delivery of the programme.Identify resourcing requirements to support the programme and liaise with planning functions to resolve resourcing issues.Provide an efficient day-to-day service to the Programme and Project Managers in reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment and programme performance.Monitor data input by project teams and others to cost and performance systems to ensure they meet required data standards.Manage the production of the Investment Plan and comply with the Investment Competence Framework.Qualifications

Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis, in both field and home office settings.Strong oral and written communication skills.Proficiency with PC operating systems and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Primavera (P6) and other discipline-specific software; knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up processes.Knowledge of engineering and construction management.Additional Information
