Project Manager
Role Positioning You''ll be responsible for managing and delivering either a large, complex project or a number of smaller projects at the same time, making sure both the client and the business are fully satisfied with the outcome. Your involvement could start as early as the tender or negotiation stage and carry right through to delivery on site. You''ll take ownership for the scope, programme, quality, and budget, acting as the main point of accountability throughout. The role will see you leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, from engineering and commercial to procurement, construction, and commissioning, to ensure everything comes together successfully. It''s about providing clear direction, strong leadership, and sound decision-making at every stage of the project. You''ll set the tone for safety, quality, cost control, and programme performance, while also representing the company in senior client and stakeholder meetings, balancing collaboration with protecting our interests. Above all, you''ll drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency across the team to deliver projects in the best possible way.
