Reporting into the Head of People, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the people strategy - balancing strategic insight with hands-on delivery. Partnering with senior leaders to drive people strategy and succession planning.Coaching managers to elevate leadership capability.Supporting change initiatives and embedding a culture of ownership and performance.Providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance, and wellbeing.Enhancing HR systems, policies, and payroll processes.Leading initiatives across learning, development, and wellbeing.Qualifications

Proven HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.Strong coaching and leadership development skills.Strategic mindset whilst delivering operational excellence.Experience in talent planning, recruitment and performance enablement.CIPD Level 5 qualified or working toward it (desirable).Adaptable, proactive and collaborative approach.Data-oriented and passionate about learning.Employment details
