Receptionist Temporary holiday cover (cover from Monday 20th April for 1 week ) £12.71phSeeking a friendly, experienced Receptionist to provide front-of-house cover during a holiday period. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling a variety of general administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operation of a busy Office.Working within a Housing orgionational covering holiday cover. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet external customers, tenants, contractors, and visitors with warmth and professionalismManage incoming calls, answer queries, take messages, and route calls appropriately - demonstrating a good telephone mannerHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier servicesComplete general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, scanning, and photocopyingSupport office operations such as maintaining reception area tidiness and ensuring a welcoming environmentLiaise with internal teams to coordinate meeting room bookings or other front-of-house needsAssist with ad hoc tasks as requiredPerson Specification / RequirementsPrevious receptionist or front-of-house office experience is requiredStrong administrative experience, including handling post and basic clerical dutiesExcellent telephone manner, Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - able to present a professional and welcoming Organised, with good attention to detailIT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g.,
