Senior Product Manager

to join its growing team. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role working across high-impact public sector programmes. You’ll be embedded in multidisciplinary teams, helping shape and deliver user-centred digital products that make a real difference.Responsibilities

Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmaps across complex digital services.Engage stakeholders to align product goals with user needs and organisational outcomes.Coach and mentor product managers and team members, or provide line management support.Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure delivery teams remain focused and empowered.Champion user-centred design and GDS-aligned delivery practices.Must-Have Experience

Minimum 5 years in a product management role (not blended with BA or delivery roles).Strong consulting background, ideally with experience in public sector and GDS environments.Proven ability to lead teams, mentor others, and influence stakeholders at all levels.Deep understanding of user-centred design and agile delivery principles.Nice to Have
