Are you a proactive and personable individual with a knack for facilities management? Our client is searching for an enthusiastic Facilities Manager to join their dynamic team at a prestigious residential development Birmingham!

Position Details:

• Hours: Monday to Friday with flexible shifts (e.g., 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm)
• Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the friendly liaison between our organisational and residents
• Conduct routine checks on Fire Safety, Electrical Safety, and Health & Safety
• Service and maintain essential equipment
• Ensure communal areas are spotless and welcoming
• Proactively manage the upkeep of beautiful grounds and shared spaces

Experience:
While previous experience is not essential, we are looking for someone who:

• Exudes professionalism and warmth
• Demonstrates strong common sense
• Possesses a proactive, can-do attitude
