About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated

Site Manager

to lead the delivery of

refurbishment projects up to £5m in value

across Manchester and the wider North West. These projects span a variety of sectors and require a manager with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality results.

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of all on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered

safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality .

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Lead subcontractors and site teams to achieve programme and quality targets.

Oversee logistics, sequencing, procurement and resource planning.

Monitor progress against budget and schedule, providing clear reporting to senior management.

Ensure a smooth client journey by maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.

Maintain a sharp focus on quality, particularly with detailed refurbishment works.

About You / Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Manager within refurbishment projects.

Track record of delivering projects up to £5m in value.

Strong technical knowledge of refurbishment and fit out processes.

Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold) and First Aid qualifications.
