The Role:

• As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias), you''ll be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.
• Carry out fault finding and repairs across electrical and mechanical systems (70/30 split).
• Work closely with production to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement projects and complete root cause analysis.
• Take on hardwiring and facilities maintenance to keep the site operating at its best.

What We''re Looking For:

• Apprentice-trained or equivalent qualifications in electrical engineering.
• 17th / 18th Edition certified.
• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) within a manufacturing setting.
• A calm, methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
