NXTGEN are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm in their search for an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy property team based in Lowestoft on a maternity cover basis. This Conveyancer role will see you joining a structured and supportive team, managing a steady caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.The successful Conveyancer will play a key role in maintaining workflow across the team during this period, handling their own caseload while working closely with colleagues to ensure transactions continue to progress efficiently.Working within a busy and collaborative environment, this role offers the opportunity to step into an established caseload with immediate responsibility.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completionHandling all aspects of the conveyancing process including exchanges, completions and post-completion mattersEnsuring transactions are progressed efficiently in line with agreed timescalesLiaising with clients, agents and third parties throughout the transaction processMaintaining accurate and up-to-date file records in line with regulatory requirementsSupporting the wider team where required to ensure continuity of serviceThe Successful Candidate Will HaveExperience managing their own residential conveyancing caseloadQualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx) or Qualified ConveyancerStrong understanding
