SEND Behaviour Specialist W11, Worcestershire 16,000 - 22,000/annum Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM-Term Time Only Immediate Vacancy: Behaviour Specialist to Bring Change in Our Dynamic SEND School! Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students with SEND? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Specialist to join our dynamic team in Worcestershire. Join our committed team in an environment where your impact on children''s educational journeys is both valued and vital. Responsibilities: Design and apply behaviour management plans to support individual students and groups. Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to personalise support to individual student needs. Observe, assess, and make any required modifications to behaviour strategies. Conduct training sessions for staff on behaviour management techniques. Provide 1:1 support in classrooms to assist students in overcoming behavioural challenges. Requirements: Enhanced DBS check is essential. Previous experience working with children or adults with additional needs. A relevant teaching or educational psychology qualification required. Proven ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively and sensitively. Experience with trauma-informed practices is highly desirable.
