Driver Essential? No Essential: Experience with early childhood development, ideally with neurodiverse children. Strong understanding of speech, sensory and play based developmental support. Experience in Early Years Education, Speech and Language development or SEN. Confident in implementing therapies at home. Non-smoker/vaper. Female applicants only. Desirable: Background in SALT, OT, or Early Years SEN. Experience supporting young children with developmental delays. Experience supporting children who are non-verbal. Knowledge of alternative communication strategies (Makaton/visual cues). Confidently collaborate with therapists and follow developmental plans. French or Russian speaking would be a bonus.
