General Manager - Live In. We’re looking for a General Manager for the Bull and Gate in Kentish Town. Situated on the high street, near the station, this pub has an electric atmosphere and serves as a popular pre-show haunt for the Kentish Town Forum, with great surroundings for a drink and a bite to eat after a refurbishment. The pub includes an upstairs cocktail bar/events area that is ideal for private hires. We’re seeking a people-focused, operationally minded General Manager to lead this multi-faceted venue and continue to drive the business.Running a Pub for Young’s: we value entrepreneurial General Managers who can put their own stamp on the business. You’ll have freedom within a framework to tailor menus, events, and marketing to your guests, recruit and develop the team, and shape the offering to fit your business vision.Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of the Bull and Gate, including the upstairs cocktail bar and events area.Develop and execute a customer-focused strategy to drive turnover and profitability.Tailor the food and beverage offer, create and implement events and sales-driving activities, and manage menu decisions within brand guidelines.Recruit, develop, and lead the team; oversee marketing and local recruitment efforts.Build a strong team culture focused on exceptional guest service and safety standards.What We Offer
