Translating UX designs into standards compliant front ends and component libraries using a variety of technologiesBuilding and integrating API’s and servicesIntegrating with third party servicesLiaising with product owners and delivery managers to assist with feature prioritisation and solution designContributing to architectural decisions and technical governanceMentoring the wider engineering team including participating in peer code reviews and guiding junior membersAbout you
A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar full stack engineering roleProficient understanding of standards compliant web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.Demonstrable experience in building high performing UI using React, NextJS, Typescript and Tailwind CSSUnderstanding of technical SEO, performance, accessibility and security fundamentalsDemonstrable experience in building high performing API’s and back end services with NodeJSKnowledge and hands on experience with SQL and NoSQL databasesModern software development platform experience including code repositories, automated build, testing and deployment (pipelines/actions)Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring software engineersProficient in collaborating with team members in Jira and the wider Atlassian suiteAn analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.A confident communicator; written and verbal.What we offer
