Overview
Technical Support – Our Basingstoke based client is looking for a Technical Support person to join their team for a 6 month period. The Technical Support person will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to customers.Pay: £12.50 per hour - £15.28 per hour (dependant on experience)Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.Benefits

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times and seek managerial support when necessary.Prioritise support requirementsAnswer technical help-line calls to provide customers with advice on productsIdentify customer needs, solving fault queriesProduct selection guidanceInstallation and programming adviceRespond efficiently to email enquiries and call-back requestsRecord information about calls to improve service managementRequirements
