We are passionate about training, technology and career development. Key Responsibilities Legacy System Data Support Understand client''s source and Legacy HR systems and data structures. Perform raw data extractions and generate Front End data reports. Support business teams in identifying data gaps relative to the GSF solution. HR Org Effectiveness CoE Support Refresh and maintain datasets across OrgVue and Alteryx (eg, position datasets, predicted mappings). Process and track Job Architecture change requests and support governance workflows. Analyse quarterly mapping data to highlight misalignment or anomalies using Excel and OrgVue. Ad-hoc andamp; Cross-Functional Support Support additional strategic initiatives such as the Ad Astra project. Validate final mappings of ERBS and other hierarchies a
