Our client, a top 100 law firm with modern open-plan offices based in Richmond, close to the station and amenities, is seeking a Private Client Associate. The Private Client team predominantly works with high-net-worth individuals (typically with personal assets of £5m-£20m) across a full spectrum of private client matters. Responsibilities include taking instructions for the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, lifetime and succession planning, IHT and CGT planning, estate administration, and the creation, administration, and winding-up of trusts.Core duties will include some of the following:As an Associate, you will manage your own caseload of mixed Private Wealth matters, establishing yourself as a trusted and reliable expert while developing strong, long-lasting client relationships. Associates also play a vital role in supporting and developing less-experienced team members, including solicitors and trainees.Given the breadth of expertise in this area of law, this position offers an excellent opportunity for further professional development and growth. You will also be encouraged to play an active role in marketing and business development activities of the team.Ideal candidates must have the following:You need to be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with prior experience in Private Wealth/Client matters.3-4 PQE years of managing your own caseload of private client matters.
