They are a Restorative Practice, Autism Friendly and a Rights Respecting School and They are looking for an outstanding individual who is looking to progress within the Teaching Assistant role to lead a small group provision for pupils with ALN.The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Additional Learning Needs Coordinator and within an agreed system of supervision, to plan and implement agreed work programmes with individuals/groups, in the school''s own specialist provision, and where planned in mainstream classes.
