Business Graduate role – Register Your Interest. This programme is designed to launch the careers of recent graduates eager to make an impact, offering a fast-track route to expertise with hands-on experience on site with prestigious FTSE organisations. You will embark on a journey of continuous learning, gaining industry-accredited qualifications while working full time on site.Responsibilities
Business Analyst (BA):
investigate and analyse business needs, identify improvement opportunities, define requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives. Consider people, processes, technology and organisational structure to deliver value while minimising risks.Project Manager (PM):
assist in planning, execution and monitoring of projects to deliver on time and within budget; support task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication and process improvement.Project Management Officer (PMO):
establish and maintain project management standards, oversee governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking and risk management, and provide performance insights to senior management.Product Manager:
define product vision, create roadmaps and prioritise features based on customer needs and business goals, ensuring quality and functionality aligned with stakeholders.Qualifications
2:1 Undergraduate Degree
– open to applicants from all undergraduate backgrounds with a minimum 2:1 degree.Analytical Problem Solving
– ability to spot patterns, think creatively and apply critical thinking to complex issues.Soft Skills
