I''m now exclusively working with a local client of ours in Hemel Hempstead to help them find a Scheduling Team Leader to join their extremely busy and growing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.As the team leader, we need to find someone that enjoys being in a fast paced and progressive environment, someone who gets a buzz from problem solving, a can-do person who makes sure today''s stuff is done whilst also planning for tomorrow. In this role you would be taking on a new role in the team as part of their growth plan across the company and heading up a team of 5 very experienced and stable team members.However, you''d also be very hands on and also looking after your fair share of end to end scheduling too. Which means because of the above, it''s essential that we find someone with people management skills and some kind of experience within scheduling, dispatching, logistics or similar.
