Their Employee Engagement Practice has been growing rapidly over the last 8 years and now requires a Director of Employee Engagement to drive the offer forward and evolve it further. This role will require a strong strategic thinker with experience of managing client relationships and working at c-suite level. An exceptional track record of pitching and someone who is comfortable networking. Note this is not a new business role as there is in-coming business and enquiries however it will require someone who is driven to grow/farm opportunities and elevate the business further. Role Overview Reporting to the CEO. The role holder will work with the internal engagement team to develop world-class engagement strategies that help clients to achieve their business goals and help them deliver against their brand promises. This person will have an understanding and experience of working within an agency or in-house environment.
