Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Collections Officer to work for a company based in the Reading area. The Collections - Debt recovery support job involves working as part of the collections team. Proven experience in finance, collections, and debt recovery is required.Salary: up to 38K per annum Location: Reading, 4 days office based and 1 day from homeCollections Officer duties:Monitor and manage the customer accountsChasing customer payments via telephone / emailNegotiate repayment plans with customersMaintain accurate customer records, logging calls / correspondence etcChecking overdue accounts and payment informationReporting on debtors / collections activity and customer accountsSkills and experience required:Proven experience working within a collections or a similar debt recovery financial services support roleExcellent IT skills, including MS ExcelGood communication skills, both verbal and written
