The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and proceedings. Responsibilities Running your own caseload from cradle to grave. Drafting, reviewing, and amending legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings. Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks associated with their cases or transactions. Representing clients in negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes. Conducting legal research to stay abreast of relevant laws and regulations. Attending court proceedings, meetings, and consultations as required. Maintaining accurate records of case files and correspondence in accordance with organisational standards.
