You will manage our health and safety portfolio, focusing on work-related illness and injury prevention, and the evolving challenges of health and safety regulation in the modern workplace. What you ll be doing: Policy and Research: Research and author policy statements, briefings, and consultation responses on a wide range of HandS issues; co-ordinating the work of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Occupational Safety and Health. Reps Education and Organising: Coordinate our clients union Health and Safety specialists network and work with the TUC Education team to develop materials to support HandS reps on the ground and support unions to organise and grow using Health and Safety.
