Purpose of the Role:As ITIL Service Architect you will work with principal stakeholders across the business, design and build operational and service management capability designing services to support critical business functions and services.As a ITIL Service Architect you will be responsible for:Work with the Service and Operate capability to collaboratively define and oversee the design of services with principal stakeholders.Work closely with individual suppliers and a Matrix supply chain to define services in accordance with business service owners current service and operational portfolio.Ability to plan and schedule workload against a defined and agreed sequence of activity bringing Facilities, Infrastructure and Applications under a support capability, which is overseen, governed and enforced by security controls and standards
