Purpose of the role
To be part of the Contract Payroll Team, processing payrolls for a leading Recruitment company. To ensure all workers are paid accurately and on time. Assisting with ad hoc Payroll duties.

Job Responsibilities
andmiddot; Checking and entering timesheets and expenses
andmiddot; Running and sending out reports
andmiddot; Entering P45/New Starter Checklists and other tax details
andmiddot; Ensuring correct paperwork has been received
andmiddot; Dealing with payroll queries from candidates and consultants via telephone and e-mail
andmiddot; Liaising with ASL companies
andmiddot; Cover any additional payroll duties as and when required.

Person Specification
andmiddot; No previous finance experience is required andndash; full training will be provided
andmiddot; GCSE (or equivalent qualification) in Maths and English - grade C/grade 4 or above
andmiddot; Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
andmiddot; Computer literate andndash; familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail
andmiddot; Attention to detail and accuracy
andmiddot; Confident telephone manner
andmiddot; Flexible and helpful attitude
andmiddot; Enjoys working within a busy office environment
