The main responsibilities of the Demi Chef de Partie include:
To provide an agreed and consistent standard of food serviceEnsures that the service is properly set up and on time for each service period.Ensures that all food is prepared to recipes designated by the Chef.E nsure that all mise en place is completed before serviceIs aware at all times of the agreed standards of food preparation and service.
