Rate of Pay: £17.78 - £22.64 per hour

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a single front door triage system for Lewisham Works.

Provide trauma-informed triage to residents, young people, and personal advisors.

Conduct outreach to engage harder-to-reach resident groups, such as NEET young people and inactive individuals.

Support the employer engagement team to broker and enrol residents into Intermediate Labour Market (ILM) placements.

Develop and maintain relationships with employers to promote opportunities for young people.

Requirements

Evidence of training or awareness in trauma-informed practice (desirable).

Proven experience of working with diverse resident groups, including those harder to engage.

Track record in customer service and stakeholder relationship management.

Experience in trauma-informed practices, outreach, or community engagement.

Experience using IT systems for data management and reporting.

Good levels of literacy and numeracy.
