Are you experienced working in the Leisure or Business Travel Industry? Are you fully trained on Galileo Travelport, including ticketing / reissuing? Are you based in Manchester and looking for a flexible hybrid role? Look no further! We are working with a specialist Corporate Travel company who are looking for an Agent Product Support Executive who can support. Within this role, you will collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.Responsibilities and Duties:Support operational booking agents with day-to-day ticketing activities and transactionsAssist all operational teams with reissue requests, including quoting and processing ticket reissuesProvide day-to-day support to operational agents on all GDS processesResolve any ticketing and reissue issues that ariseHelp process the booking and invoicing of NDC bookingsProcess all types of refund requests within the required timeframesHandle refund queries from the back office BSP team and other personnelAdhere to PCI procedures in accordance with regulation and Company policyThe Person:Extensive travel agent experience in a trading or supporting roleComprehensive Travelport+ GDS experience and knowledge of all GDS ticketing scenariosExpertise in specialist fare types, reading fare rules, ticketing, ticket reissues and processing refundsUnderstanding of nett fare mark-ups to maximise profitKnowledge of GDS t
