Your Responsibilities:

• Surveying work in housebuilding, associated procedures and practices including subcontract procurement
• Valuation of subcontractor payment applications
• Negotiation of final accounts
• Preparation of monthly cost reports
• Responsible for running a number ofdevelopments across the region
• Working cohesively with the land, technical, construction and sales teams respectively
• Assist in maintaining the regions portfolio house type cost database used for future land acquisitions

Required Skills:

• Minimum qualification HND in Quantity Surveying.
• 2+ years'' new build housing / residential experiencein a Quantity Surveying role
• Proficient with IT systems - Microsoft packages and CRM systems
• COINS experiencedesirable
• Full UK driving licence.
