We are growing fast and looking to expand our digital marketing function within marketing and business development. This role is based in our Reading office near Reading Station. Role Overview You will play a key role in implementing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to grow and engage our online subscriber base. We''re looking for a data-driven, creative marketer with 2+ years of experience in digital campaign execution, customer acquisition, and retention. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution: Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, paid media (PPC, social ads), email, content marketing, and affiliate channels to acquire and retain subscribers. SEO and Organic Growth: Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic. Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels. Content and Social Media: Collaborate on content strategies to attract and engage target audiences. Email Marketing: Build and execute email automation campaigns to enhance engagement and reduce churn and enhance customer lifetime value Conversion, Engagement and Retention Optimization: Work with designers and developers to improve landing pages and funnels and user experiences to improve conversion rates.
