Counterbalance FLT Driver - Broxburn People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our well-established client based near Broxburn. This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position offering steady hours and the opportunity to work within a supportive and well-established manufacturing team. Shifts • Monday to Thursday - 06:30 - 16:00• Friday - 06:30 - 15:30 Rates of Pay • £13.00 per hour Benefits As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will receive: • Weekly pay• Ongoing, long-term work (temp-to-perm opportunities)• Fixed weekday shift pattern - no weekend work• Supportive training and onboarding• Clean and safe working environment Day-to-Day Duties As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently• Moving pallets across the site• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles• Storing goods in designated warehouse or production areas• Supporting general warehouse duties when required• Following all site health and safety procedures Essential Skills To be successful as a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will need: • Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent)• Experience operating a FLT in a fast-paced environment• Good awareness of health and safety practices• Ability to work well as part of a team• Flexibility to support operational needs Desirable Experience • Experience working with large or loose products• Background in food or indu
