Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to the care team, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.Oversee the training, and supervision of care staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.Assess and monitor residents'' health and care needs, develop and update care plans, and ensure they receive person-centred care.Work with the Manager to continuously evaluate and improve care services, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality assurance initiatives.Oversee and
