Job Title: Facilities and Maintenance ManagerWorking Pattern: Onsite 8am - 4pm, Monday-FridayLocation: Primarily East London, with travel to other London sites as requiredRole Overview This role is responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance across all London sites, ensuring issues are resolved quickly, systems run efficiently, and residents receive an excellent experience. The position focuses on driving continuous improvement through effective contractor management, strong asset control, and optimisation of maintenance processes, while also supporting budgeting and prioritisation of works. Hands-on maintenance support is required when necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee maintenance across all sites, ensuring quick and effective issue resolutionManage 4 contractors and support the wider team to deliver high standardsManage the maintenance ticketing system, including overseeing the ticket board and driving performance improvementsConduct regular check-ins with contractors, including site visits and building walksCollaborate with FOH and on-site teams to support daily operations and emergency situationsDeliver a high-quality resident experience in partnership with on-site teamsHold regular team meetings to review performance and identify process improvementsSupport maintenance planning, budgeting, and cost analysisPrioritise works based on impact, cost, and valueMaintain accurate stock control and asset recordsProcess contractor timesheets and invoicesProactively ma
