MIG/TIG Welder | Wimborne | Up to £17 per hour

A well-established manufacturing business is looking for an experienced MIG/TIG Welder to join a professional, multi-bay welding facility, with the opportunity to add gas brazing to your skillset on the job.

As a MIG/TIG Welder, you will benefit from:

• Permanent employment, with temp-to-perm available for the right candidate
• Fully supported, on-the-job training in gas brazing techniques
• The chance to broaden your welding capabilities in a structured facility environment

• 4 day working week (Monday-Thursday), overtime available on Fridays.

As a MIG/TIG Welder, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing MIG welding across a range of structural assemblies
• Carrying out TIG welding work as required
• Developing gas brazing techniques, including work on centre tube structures
• Maintaining cosmetic quality standards across all completed work
• Working methodically and accurately to meet production schedules

As a MIG/TIG Welder, your experience will include:

• Proven MIG and TIG welding capability, ideally within a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Experience working with mild steel materials
• A track record of producing cosmetic quality finishes
• Ability to work with precision on repetitive, detail-focused tasks
• A genuine willingness to develop additional welding skills, including gas brazing
