We are seeking a proactive Client Associate to act as the lead contact for all Charities Client Lifecycle tasks. You will be the "go-to" person for our charity clients, working closely with Investment Directors to deliver unparalleled service and ensure their unique mission-driven goals are supported by seamless administration.Duties of the Client Services Executive (Charities) to include:In this role, you will take full ownership of the Charities client journey, ensuring excellence at every touchpoint:Relationship Management: Develop and maintain deep relationships with Charity clients and stakeholders, utilizing your knowledge of their specific requirements to deliver desired outcomes. Lifecycle Leadership: Lead the end-to-end management of account opening, onboarding, transfers, and account amendments in line with our Operating Model. Administrative Ownership: Act as the primary liaison between clients, investment teams, and operations. You will lead discussions on administrative matters during client meetings. Suitability Support: Help the Investment Team gather essential information to support client suitability and produce tailored client summaries and welcome letters. Process Excel
