A nationwide Engineering and Plant-Hire business with a strong branch network is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to support its busy Bedford operation. This role is all about keeping the branch running smoothly, combining operational oversight, team leadership, and customer service to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable performance. Working alongside the Branch Manager, you ll take day-to-day responsibility for people, processes, and performance, so we are looking for a confident and organised leader who can balance commercial results with hands-on support.
